Carlos Osvaldo Cortez is a doctorate of educational studies and education administration, and he has developed a robust career working in the educational field. He is adjunct faculty with several universities, an active member of many legislative groups, and the president of San Diego Continuing Education. SDCE is a division of one of the largest community college systems in the world, and he has been proud to invigorate and innovate the educational system wherever possible. It has been his dedication to POC and low-income students which has pushed him forward in his career and inspired him to continue providing the best educational services he can provide - no matter what role he takes on
